Where are you exactly located?
IFIXZ Enterprise operates from two key locations to serve our clients better:
- Satellite Office (Makati):

Conveniently located near the central business district, perfect for clients within Metro Manila.
- Business Address (Cainta):
Unit 2, Townland Homes Subdivision, Prinza Teresa, Rizal.
Strategically positioned to cater to clients in the Eastern Metro and nearby provinces.
For onsite service, pickup requests, or consultations, simply fill out our service form, and our team will coordinate with you directly.
What are your operating hours?
Our office operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
For support or service requests beyond office hours, you may still reach us through our social media pages. Our team monitors messages and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I wait while my unit is being repaired?
Yes! We offer a “Fix While You Wait” policy for certain types of repairs.
Our technician will assess your unit and advise you on the estimated repair time. If the issue is minor or can be resolved quickly, you’re welcome to wait and have it done on the spot.
Please note that some repairs may require more time or parts availability—our staff will inform you right away.
Do you charge a check-up or diagnostic fee?
No, we don’t charge for basic check-ups or online assistance.
If you visit our service center or request help remotely, initial diagnostics and consultation are free of charge. However, charges may apply for:
- Cleaning services
- Board-level diagnostics or repairs (deep technical issues)
Our technician will inform you first before any service with charges is performed.
Do you offer warranty for your products and repair services?
Yes, we provide warranty for both products and services.
1-Year Standard Warranty on most products
